Nucapital was founded in March 2007, in the British Virgin Islands by a group of entrepreneurs with deep experience in the region. Has extensive experience in energy and a primary emphasis is on wind energy with installed capacity ranging from 10 MW to 300 MW. As well as in traditional oil and gas exploration and production. Has a shareholder base that is equally divided between U.S. and Dutch investors (all of whom are directly or indirectly private individuals).Focuses exclusively on the initiation and development of new wind farms in high-cost, underdeveloped energy markets in Central and South America and the Caribbean.
