Toni's involvement in traditional energy stretches back to the early 1980's

and She has served in many other roles during her career with her most recent emphasis, of almost two decades, serving as Director, Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary of AeroCentury Corp. (NYSE MKT symbol "ACY") from its inception in 1997 until its acquisition in 2021. ACY was a worldwide lessor of regional jets and turboprop aircraft.

Previously, Toni held similar positions with the investment management firm CMA Consolidated since 2005. She served in the 1980's as an Assistant Vice President at a US-based Savings and Loan, as Controller for an Oil & Gas syndicator, and a Senior Auditor for Arthur Young & Co., Certified Public Accountants.

She received her Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of California at Berkeley and her Master's in Business Administration with emphasis in finance and accounting from the University of Southern California. Ms. Perazzo is a Certified Public Accountant.
